Here is my second blog on Wednesday afternoon.

dickrodgers: I want to encourage Britain to realise it is needed on the world scene as a good influence. We have withdrawn from the world and have taken a narrow view of our national interest. I think the national interest should be to see the whole world thrive and be at peace. My God cares about all human affairs and the life of everyone and so we should do so too. We should lead the way in standing up to tyrants and putting an end to world poverty. There shouldn't be a billion people who go to bed humgry each night. Of course that's a big job but we need a challenge to give us vision and a united nation and so that we feel that we are on an important mission together. Then we can get things done as a nation and get our house in order. Then we will be able to win the respect of our young people and win them to being part of the team and getting a good education and being willing, skilled workers. We should stop banks creating money as their own property which has got us into trouble. Save the NHS. Take all elderly care under the wing of a tax funded NHS. No student fees. Nationalise the railway and get fares right down to make it easy and cheap to use. .. and more.
